Horrible experience here. A child no older than 4 was screaming “no” whilst her mother and two piercers pinned the child down and pierced her ears. After the store assistants had pierced the child, they walked to the till and said “we shouldn’t have to do that but what can we do if the Mum asks for it?” Please train your staff members or revise your policy on this. The piercing was completely unsafe, the child was crying and writhing so badly that other shoppers in the store were urging the mother and staff to reconsider. It was disgusting and I will not be taking my daughter back to this store if this is how Claire’s view young girls’ bodily autonomy. If management would care to review this incident, it occurred on 14th Jan 2023 at 12.50pm.
Booked an ear piercing for my daughter a week in advance. Got a text message day before to say will see you tomorrow. Got there only to be told "oh has nobody text you to cancel it?" My daughter wasn't happy bless her. Then got a text 5 min later saying that I had canceled the appointment!
Picked up poorly priced items, which were amongst the cheap jewellery and managed to spend £80!! Didn't realise until I got home. Took everything back untouched and unopened but they would not refund
Just had my daughters ears pierced by the most lovely girls, explained everything thoroughly and really put my girl at ease ! Highly recommend
Outstanding! Vikki and Caren are lovely. I brought my 3 daughters in for their ears pierced one of which has autism, I phoned them before hand to ask if they would were okay with children with special needs and there was no hesitation she was so welcoming and explained everything and alleviated my worries. They were so happy and cheerful and put 110% into their customer service. I would definitely recommend my daughters loved them. They had a smile on their face the whole time. They even won over my ASD daughter! Which is a challenge in it’s self.
Nice lady at the desk. Good choice of products considering it is such a small shop. Can be difficult to maneuver a pram around but doesn't stop us shopping here!
We love this place, especially for my princess, you find everything for a princess in here. It's for girls, hair accessories to jewellery and other stuff all glittery and beautiful , go in if you've not been, I enjoy even just browsing around
Had my niece's ears pierced from here. Even with two of them, they weren't straight. Service was friendly though.
I like coming here the head bands are really cool and the staff are really helpful I have always been a fan of this place and always will be
Over price shop and don't get me started with them doing ear piercing
