Story

Echo Arena Liverpool is one of the the most prestigious venues in the UK, opened in 2008 with the launch event for Liverpool’s year as European Capital of Culture. Part of ACC Liverpool and purpose built as one of the next generation of event venues, Echo Arena has a track record of delivering high profile, world class events and creating unforgettable memories.

Echo Arena Liverpool is part of ACC Liverpool, along with sister venues, BT Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool, opening in 2015. A major employer and a proud supporter of the city it represents we play a key role in the economy and help to form a positive image of the wider region.

Great time at the M&S Bank Area watching Rebecca Ferguson! Staff were friendly , and the event was well organised. Fantastic lighting and sound from the crew. Comfortable seating in a huge arena with good heating. Drinks were reasonable priced and good measures. We had gin and vodka lemonde / lime. Definitely recommend going to any events here.
This is a reasonably small arena where if you go see a band you can actually see them.nStaff are friendly & helpful.nOne downside are drink prices £7.50 for a beer hence no 5 stars. Saw Texas supported by KT Tunstall and the gig was fantastic.nThe arena itself was good, a decent size and great acoustics. Staff were helpful and got most people inside the arena before the show started.nBut it was a hot night and there wasn't a lot of ventilation in there, so it got a bit sweaty.nAnd a couple of people were clearly vaping in their seats and there were no staff around to stop them.nBut other than that, I would recommend the place.
Great venue. Good acoustics. A bit expensive on the food and drink but plenty of service points. Staff helpful in directions to your seat . In all a really good place to see a gig.
Really good visibility no matter where you’re seated for an event.nWould be great if there were more alternatives to sugar free and diet soft drinks available.nSecurity checks to get in a smooth and efficient and the location is nice too.
