Story

Echo Arena Liverpool is one of the the most prestigious venues in the UK, opened in 2008 with the launch event for Liverpool’s year as European Capital of Culture. Part of ACC Liverpool and purpose built as one of the next generation of event venues, Echo Arena has a track record of delivering high profile, world class events and creating unforgettable memories.

Echo Arena Liverpool is part of ACC Liverpool, along with sister venues, BT Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool, opening in 2015. A major employer and a proud supporter of the city it represents we play a key role in the economy and help to form a positive image of the wider region.

My husband and I attended an event here and was very upset that the tickets we had were up two flights of stairs.nWe approached a member of staff and they managed to get us seated on a lower tier.nThe staff were friendly and helpful.nThe venue itself was larger than I thought and was very clean and tidy.nAnd we really enjoyed the concert and would recommend a visit.nThe food however is a bit expensive.
Great experience from start to finish.... My only suggestion would be to put both escalators on going down on the exit as it does bottleneck at the top. But I am sure someone has already thought of this and there will be a perfectly good safety reason why this does not happen. Staff are very helpful and venue is clean.
Great venue !! Sound quality was brilliant and lots of security when entering which makes you feel safe.nThe male toilets had plenty of urinals in - meaning queue times were less than 2 minutes. Would definitely visit again
Well set out arena venue with good level of staffing and fair number of food and drink outlets with high, but not excessive, prices. My ticket did state river entrance before I then had to work around the whole arena to the other side, but didn't detract from another 3xcellent OMD performance.
This is a great venue. The layout is good, short walk to affordable parking, accessibility was grand, staff were very helpful directing and informing.nUpon arrival, there were queues. However, security moved quickly without skimping on, actually doing their job!!nThe only downside is that I'd previously checked by phone regarding hot food, and when we arrived, it wasn't as good as on the website or what had been explained, plus quite pricey, so a little disappointed with the incorrect information given, but it didn't dampen an otherwise amazing night accompanying my disabled friend watch S club. The evacuation towards the end was handled promptly by staff.nLuckily, the show could go on!! So it has to be 5 stars for the staff here who make everyone feel welcome and safe.
