We recently got our mortgage through EBS Swords.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  Our mortgage advisor, Katie, made us feel like we were her only customers.  She was a constant source of good advice and honest answers something we sorely lacked from most of our other interested parties, solicitors, developer etc..  Aside from excellent customer service we were also offered a very competitive rate for the mortgage itself.  Again, I cannot recommend EBS Swords highly enough.  You will not be let down!

I can't speak highly enough of this branch. EBS Swords has helped us with our mortgage needs twice in the previous five years, and we have nothing but praise for them. Katie is a fantastic communicator and is very generous with her time always keeping you in the loop. Nothing was ever difficult, and her approach was really helpful all the way through! Myself and my girlfriend applied for a mortgage at the Swords branch of EBS. We were very lucky to have been working with Katie throughout the application process. We were left with a very tricky situation with our mortgage when trying to buy our first home. Gillian and the team at EBS Swords were extremely helpful. Gillian was always approachable and had our best interests at heart. We couldn't believe Gillian and the team were able to pull the deal off and help us with our funds. Never thought I’d be going to the effort of reviewing a bank but my wife and I were so impressed with the attentive service received in EBS Swords we felt we had to sing their praises. We were shopping around for mortgages but from day one Gillian was so great to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend EBS Swords as they really are mortgage experts. I cannot imagine going through that entire process with any other team. He was there all the time when we have any queries or advise and even though when he was outside Ireland , he respond to my message. I can say James is very knowledgeable and  has the experience.
