Great because it is family child friendly. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. The food is good enough although not amazing in any way. It's recommended just because it's family friendly and there is plenty of cheap parking next to the pub
Staff whilst very pleasant struggled to get our order correct even though the place was very quiet. Food took quite a long time to arrive and when it did some of it was sub par, fully cooked through poached eggs!
OK food, occasionally served on plates. Drinks may come in glasses, jars, who knows what else? Service can be a little haphazard, even when quiet. Last time I was in, they were unable to provide receipts. It is always friendly, though.
Kitchen is closed usually after 7. Not much option. You need to survive with light stuff like chips and peanuts.
Great food at great prices, Also good selection of ales etc, probably the best outdoor area in the town centre.
Good place to start a party.. No party music though!
