They are so expensive, and charge you for leaving. any domains they want to charge to change the IPStag of unlock the domain. Then they over charge on renewals compared to other companies.
This company push the rules and have taken £100's from my account because it was set up as auto renew 2 years ago. Only made contact once money was out of my account. Even tho this was only 12 hours after the renewal had taken place. Not a fair process and I felt violated with this .Customer service team were slippery and would not even give out a postal address. Dont use them they do not look after you as a customer very poor indeed.
I have been a customer of Easyspace continuously since 2005 and have found their service to be excellent. A recent question I asked of their support team to make a change to email for one of my domains was handled in a very efficient and friendly way. Highly recommended.
I have used Easyspace for many years and I have always found their service excellent. The technical support is also of a very high quality, and in fact recently, they continued trying to help me despite it turning out that the issue was at my end and not theirs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
We have been using Easyspace for over 11 years now and have found their service very satisfactory. Their SUPPORT is excellent. The staff are friendly and enormously helpful. The speed with which they respond to our enquiries is great. We strongly recommend them!
After problems accessing my domain I raised a ticket. I received a quick response within a few minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were soon able to get everything working again. I would recommend Easyspace without reservation.
My husband & I have been using Easyspace for many years even before when called Internetters They are our 'go-too' service provider and register of domain names for our businesses. The staff are always eager to help and nothing is ever too much trouble! Great company the only thing better than the vast array of services offered is there extremely high level of service! Julie
The staff at Easyspace really DID make it easy to set up an account. If I have any questions it is reassuring to be able to contact them by phone. The staff have always resolved any issues efficiently and politely - and most importantly - quickly.
DO NOT USE EASYSPACE! They are crooks and will steal your money, they have no scruples as a company and their customer service is the worst you will ever find. You will be charged over the odds for services you don’t want and receive constant problems with your hosting. Their servers are sub standard and their terms and conditions loaded in favour of ripping you off. If you are already with them make sure you check what you are paying for and turn off any auto renew you have. You will have to keep checking it is turned off as they will turn it back on again and then deny it.
