Stayed at the hotel and it was amazing; beds were comfy and service was amazing. Hayden checked us in, he was the kindest soul and was so polite. He is the reason I would return to the hotel. Honestly the sweetest person! He recommended us good places to go around the area and we had the best time. Our great experience of Suffolk is down to Hayden and I am so grateful that such a lovely member of staff was on the day we arrived!
My partner and I recently stayed at your hotel, it was surprisingly cheap with are a nice suprise. The rooms were small but cozy. Your receptionist ky was super helpful with helping up find our room. And told us where we could get breakfast in the morning.
It is what you pay for. Very small rooms with no table or amenities other than the bare minimum. The staff is amazing and very helpful, irons and hair dryers are available upon request.nI stayed here for almost two weeks and, for what I paid, it was great. I would highly recommend for it's location and if you are literally only looking for a place to sleep. If you think you'll be in your room for more than just sleeping or need anything other than a bed I wouldn't recommend this.
Stayed at the hotel and was served by Ky. She was so lovely, very friendly and helpful. Was quick with check in. The rooms are very clean and the location of the hotel is very convenient being right in town centre. Had a great stay, was well looked after, thank you
Extremely unprofessional and threatening staff member ruined our stay.nMy partner and I stayed at EasyHotel Ipswich Town Centre and had a genuinely awful experience with one of the reception staff, Paul, during the night shift. After returning from a fun night out, we were play-fighting and laughing a bit in the hallway — nothing aggressive or inappropriate, just a couple in a good mood.nPaul approached us in a confrontational tone asking, “What are you doing?” I immediately acknowledged we may have been a little loud and politely said, “Sorry, we got carried away — we’re going to our room.” His response? “I will kick you both out if you bother anyone.” Then he followed up with a completely inappropriate threat: “You look like you’ve had a fight. I have you on camera. I can call the police and have you arrested.”nThis was not only baseless but genuinely intimidating. We were not drunk, not fighting, and had no complaints against us. Just enjoying ourselves. To make things worse, as he walked away, we heard him mocking my voice, which was just petty and unprofessional.nThis behavior is completely unacceptable from someone working in hospitality. We paid for our room like everyone else and should not have been threatened or mocked for simply having a good time.nAvoid this hotel if you want to feel safe, respected, or even treated like a human being.
