Very disappointing, very bad service from the reception. Beware that they discriminate against people complaining and they send threatening letters that they will kick you out of the surgery and all this instead of apologising for all the inconvenience caused by their behaviour and service, really outrageous. Breach of your personal information asking questions about your health in a detail manner by the reception stuff without being medical professionals even, threatening that if you don't answer their questions on your personal health you won't get an appointment. Receptionists assessing again without medical training whether you need an urgent appointment or not or telling you to phone 111 because there is no appointment. Calling at 8 and 12 o'clock sharp for a week and still not getting appointment. Requesting call from the GP because they were unable to give me appointment and arranging this after a month when it was regarding an extention of sick note and therefore risking my job. Unable to send me the sick note via email for 2 weeks and after talking to 3 different persons at the reception. Hang rudely the phone up on me. Pretending that they don't understand my accent and my English so basically discriminate against foreigners so very insulting and disappointing and not a single apology.
5 stars for the Dr's and nurses but reception if I could zero stars I would and as for the telephone message if its an emergency ring 999 who the are you going to call otherwise GHOST BUSTERS??!! Reception ask you what your problem is and I have to say being an all female Reception team as a man sometimes it's very embarrassing for me don't get me wrong I'm not a prude but come on let's have some men to talk too about men's problems!
Absolutely awful. Doctor decided I needed to give them more blood pressure readings but didn't inform me. Their resolution? Cut my diabetes meds in half just in time for christmas! Receptionists are rude and condescending, and will call you a liar to your face then tell you to leave with a smug grin when you rightly take umbrage. Lady, I'm just trying to manage my blood sugar, it's not like I'm trying to obtain methadone!
how can getting repeat prescriptions for stuff I been using for decades, for eczema that is going going anywhere; be so difficult. Also, dont expect call backs to complaints left for the Practice Manager when processes dont work.
Called on the 8.07 h11.08 to book an appointment as new patience in the clinic. Very rude person answered on the phone, keeping interrupt me and saying that, for as much I wasn't feeling too well and need a visit to change a medical prescription, this wasn't an urgent matter so the earliest for a call from a doctor would've be on the 27.07. Having no other choice I accept. Today after having received NO CALLS time was suppose to be between 8-12.30 I call back the surgery to be informed by a very nice and polite lady that I have no reservation for any visit/call. She promptly booked me a call soon but I WAITED almost 3 weeks, asking day off at work and get stuck near the phone all morning, for something that has not even been registered, so didn't exist. Absolutely disgusting. Never had such a disservice elsewhere. If is possible to trace the person that answered me that day I will send a formal complaint.
Was just laughed at down the phone by the receptionist because I'd 'called too early' after being referred by a private doctor to a heart specialist in NHS. How these people have jobs I do not know.
What a blessing that i am not a patient in this area. I was asked to drop a patient off and as i don’t know the area was directed via the rear of building which i assumed was a patience car park, i missed the sign hardly crime of the century .How wrong i was, anyone who knows the area knows where i mean. Apparently there are all sorts of signs telling you about parking on this precious piece of land. Whist sitting quietly minding my own business i was approached by this odious women who read me the riot act about my parking. All that was needed was are you aware that this is not for patients and i would of with a smile left. Oh dear that was not going to happen this person whoever she was continued to be best described as vile, probable one of the many Doctors or Managers possible that come to work now and again and don’t see patients . With a sickly smile she continued this barrage even to the point told me that i cant smoke in my own vehicle if its on their land. Who do you think you are madam that gives you the right to talk to someone like that. As i am a Gentleman i refrained from responding to this creature who has a serious problem dealing with the general public or anybody i should imagine, but i will give you some advice you need medicating and I would suggest some stress related training,CBT maybe and perhaps lessons on how to speak to People in a civil and polite manner with respect , i somehow think though arrogance rules in your case . I think by now you must realise who this implies to and i hope you take heed as everybody is not so placid as myself and the next time you feel so obnoxious you may here some home truths which may upset you as the truth off-tend does. What ever your position at this surgery i would suggest you need to take a good long hard look at your self and perhaps you will see what an unpleasant and arrogant person you are. Just one thing remember who overpays your salary, not the NHS but the hard working man or women in the street. Reading through some of the reviews i see you all ready appear to have a few problems bubbling away under your cauldron. Lets leave it there shall will, i hope some of what i have said may of sunk in but doubt it. One last thing if you are a GP which i suspect you are, you are know better than anyone else so there is no need for the holier than though attitude that people in your profession seem to think of them selves in their position in life. I wish you well and take some advice from a retired professional. Quite a few people are leaving reviews is it arrogance stopping you responding or you just don’t care about your patients, the latter i think.
At this surgery patients do not come first as they maintain, the receptionists can be rude, contact from them to get a covid or flu jab is a joke, when you make a complaint they don.t take it seriously or don.t care, they take months to restpond shame on you this surgery has gone downhill in the last few years also to get a appointment in a reasonable time is nearly inpossible when you phone you are either kept waiting for a long time or given a list of options which are not very helpfull the arrogrance that comes from your surgery astonishes me shocking surgery
The worst ever doctors surgery ….. The receptionist is rude and shows no empathy whatsoever. If you have ANY mental health problems it’s literally impossible to get past her. So unprofessional !!!!
Great surgery, everybody always seems friendly and helpful to me and after what they have all been through, they deserve medals
