Very helpful nurses at the clinic, especially from Bee and Belinda, who have been very helpful to me; they have always given me the right advice on what to do and have always been there for me if I had any worries or concerns. I had appointment at the clinic a few months ago for a review and everything was all positive and perfect - I am so relieved that I can go out and do social activities with my friends as I wasn’t able to do that before; thank you for being a great clinic - very good service; especially from Thea and Glenda, the receptionists; thank you for being so lovely and welcoming. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family as you have got some nice nurses. Thank you very much for everything - your kindness is very much appreciated ☺️

This clinic has been my go to for check ups over the years and Friday I got an ius inserted. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, I'm grateful for their hospitality. I recommend anyone who needs a check up, birth control or questions answered to go here. Be patient and a wait is worth it.

I went to the clinic and Jill the receptionist was very rude. I  only came to pick up some rubbers and felt under pressure and judged.NOT HAPPY JILL.

Extremely, extremely, extremely unhelpful. Told me they were only seeing emergencies this afternoon. Sorry. I said I was in pain so was told by receptionist I could fill in form and triage nurse would decide if I was an emergency. I filled in form and was then told that that I would need to be referred straight to a GP and the nurse wouldn't treat me. Was then told by two other NHS professionals (NHS helpline and Eastbourne hospital that what I was told was not accurate.)
