If you work for a living, pay tax, don’t claim benefits and have a legitimate issue, which is within eryc remit, try this instead of ringing them: 1.locate hard surface wall is good 2. Repeatedly apply head to hard surface with force This will achieve the same result but just cuts out the middle person whose gender I dare not assume If you wish to try the conventional route, stock up on red bull and antidepressants.
Services reducing, prices increasing. Hollow justifications coming from mandarins that are thoroughly incompetent. Have had to go back to them on multiple occasions to sort out a single issue, yet every time they seem to have no record or awareness off the last visit. If it were a private company they would go broke from their inept service.
The lack of understanding and support concerning children with SEN is disgusting. There also seems to be no regard or accountability for schools and other services in the area who constantly fail children with SEN.
I hit a large pothole on a road that was in the process of being resurfaced under ERYC, I sent a letter to them showing the damage caused and explained my situation, after not really expecting anything back, they responded and referred me to the contractors who offered me a refund for the damage.
Trying to get through re. constantly barking dogs. Absolutely frustrating. Pages mysteriously disappeared, info won't open and on it goes. I'll be in an asylum em before this gets sorted.
Seriously a council who just don't seem to care or want to care or even try and understand. Disgraceful attitude and customer service.
Cannot find how to contact them for several missed bins.
