I had the pleasure of being seen by dr saleh forgot his surname this morning. absolutely wonderful GP, very thorough and kind. couldn't recommend more highly.
Just been for diabetic eyescreen @ 1530, 15 min ahead of appointment. Seen by reception, waiting area c appointed. Not seen by specialist despite 40min waiting. When complaining, staff admitted that they forgot to check me in + medical staff gone home. I had a driver waiting for me at cost, not yet talking time wasted. Crappest NHS service ever seen.
Terrible in A and E half staff not doing anything and other half run off their feet . Overcrowded nowhere to sit . Had a look in outpatients two people sat waiting in a massive waiting room. Total mess
Excellent hospital pleasant staff and lovely surroundings has a great bistro where you can get a great coffee Highly recommend

I would just like to say a massive thankyou to this hospital today .The staff and the actual doctor we saw were amazing who went above and beyond to reassure us. The staff are an absolute credit to the NHS . Your time and efforts were so very much appreciated. THANK YOU.
Attended last week with broken ankle and wrist. Super service from everyone especial mention to Dean the triage nurse, who saw me and organised my xrays, the radiology team for their prompt images and diagnosis and Amanda the plaster nurse who applied my pots. Thank you guys it was a perfect service and I was very grateful for the excellent care.
Lovely clean, quiet hospital. I would normally come to see my Rheumatology specialist dr kallankara here every year or so for my lupus and other autoimmune diseases. I love this hospital everyone is so nice, caring and supportive! I am never waiting to long and always feel comfortable here! Never any parking problems either so less stress for me
tried ringing audiology, nothing on the 8 options to press on the switchboard after trying one of the numbers was told to ring back and press 5 for outpatients. Pressed 5 mail box full so phone went dead. Not impressed
Hi,Yesterday at 4.30 pm 09/12/2015 my wife had an appointment to see her doctor resulting in her needing to have an Xray. I rang up this morning for an appointment and was given a 3.30 pm slot 10/12/2015 . We were home by 4.0pm. Don't you wish every thing in life was so easy Congratulations East Riding Community Hospital and keep up the good work You may quote this email if you so wish Brian Smith
