Maybe I've been lucky, but I can't say I've ever had a bad experience ordering from here, and I've ordered quite a bit! Food has always been good, order's have been correct, delivered hot and the delivery is soo fast although I do live fairly close. Ordered just over a week ago, and my friend, who's never eaten here, was really impressed. So, it's 5 stars from me. Don't disappoint me East Ocean...

£6.25 for a portion of sweet & Sour chicken balls that had quite obviously been Refried. Stale awful food, avoid like the plague.

Doesn't actually do eat now open service for chips which I thought they would but they gave me a box to allow me to eat open to walk and eat. This place is a mainly takeaway to home place but if you wanted to eat and walk they were helpful.Food: 4/5

Ordered the £25 meal deal and it's £25 that's literally been thrown in the bin. I've had food that's tasteless, but this actually taste of vomit. And the bad taste lingers after, tried each dish that was sent in hope maybe one thing would taste good but was welcomed by bad taste after bad taste. Have emailed Deliveroo to complain and to seek a refund because this is not fair for people to spend money and to have to throw the food in the bin and still be hunry!

Food was really bad I have ordered vegetable chow mein and ribs and banofie pie and donuts ,ribs were ok but banofie pie and the donuts came completely frozen ,who would like to eat frozen dessert??? disgusting they probably store the food and just selling it NOT FRESH NOT TASTY AT ALL AVOID

Awful service, took almost 2 hours to prepare and deliver an order for 1 and then the delivery driver told me to microwave the meal upon deliver. I won’t be coming back here again.

Very dissapointed! We have ordering from them almost every Friday night, but somehow from the last few weeks the food is horrible, sogy ,not tasty and the chow main noodles end up dry and without any flavour or veg. It's a shame beocuse  we love them sauces and now instead of satay sauce we got thick peanut paste in the potwe will not be ordering from.there again

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very bad quality can tell food is defrosted in the microwave and sent off. Tasteless. Overall terrible.

Ordered for delivery this evening and was sorely disappointed. Although the flavour was semi-decent the food was soggy. The salt & pepper chips were delivered sealed in plastic pots so they just stewed in their own steam, and I'm doubtful whether they were fully cooked in the first place. The salt & pepper chicken was also soggy/ not crispy at all. It was very oily, even for a Chinese. The chips were supposed to be a large but the portion was very small. Finally there is not even a choice of drink, as the only option to select is "can/ bottle of soft drink".  Won't be ordering again.
