Excellent hospital. Free parking. All staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The building is well signposted and it was easy to find the correct department. The standard of cleanliness is exceptionally good. A credit to the NHS.

Marvellous staff team in this hospital. Mum could not have received better care and attention. Everyone was professional with a wonderful friendly attitude. Mum was well looked after and my sister and I felt truely supported by the staff team - thank you to you all on the fabulous job you do xx
Great modern hospital. It has an extensive doctors surgery, physiotherapy. Angharad Owen who I saw there last year was great. It's just a shame she couldn't help me with all of my problems. There's the back pain clinic in the hospital, as well as the diabetic eye screening clinic. It's just a shame there are mental health services there anymore, with the Boulby Ward closed and the White Cliffe Center closed for nearly a decade. You now have to go to Fox Rush House in Redcar which is appalling. The hospital is easy to get to by car or bus, and is much easier to get to than Redcar hospital.
The staff from the Doctors to the ancillary staff are all fantastic they really do go far and beyond to ensure your loved one is getting the best care possible. They've taken care of my Mam and Dad and I will be eternally grateful to them all. THANK YOU doesn't seem enough but it comes straight from my heart xx
Great community hospital, it has a 30 bed ward and caters for stroke patients and those coming from James Cook after treatment there, caters for elderly patients in single or double or 4 patients per room, there's a café there have out patient clinics in a newly refurbished department. Car parking is free. Lovely place
visited as an outpatient & the staff were so friendly smiling, helpful too, very relaxed atmosphere staff did not look harassed or stressed, you hear people being critical of our NHS but this place makes you realise we are lucky to have this service for free,
Think friarage switchboard should take a leaf fromeastcleveland hospital they were very helpfull as well as safeguarding patient confidentiality
