We called to get fuel on our way to Staithes and thought we would nip to the toilet. There was a long queue of men. 5 of us waiting yo use 2 WC's which weren't the cleanest. Unbelievable for a shop of this size and the number of customers. You get more in a public house. Ridiculous for a large modern supermarket
i live in scarborough and get my shopping delivered from here all i can say is a BIG THANK YOU to all the staff for doing such a good job ,the driver this morning was so polite and offered to carry my shopping in ,the goods are always top notch ,well done skelton team .HAPPY EASTER.
Can I just say if people say the cafe is bad then they need to get a grip, maybe the food could be hard some times but the staff are so friendly and really do try there best so I have no problem with it my large fries are always so good
Doesn't carry a fantastic range for vegan or free from customers. Would like to see more added, especially cheese alternatives.
Went to this supermarket on the 30 January. There was lots of cars in every car park going to the 3 stores aldi asda and b&m. The staff were very polite you could say knew what they were doing. I sometimes find it hard to shop with bi polar but the walk to the store was good for my mental health and wellbeing. I reckon the staff were a good help - nice and polite very helpful all had their uniforms on and ready for their shifts. The toilets are unisex and very clean the cleaner is there often. The weather was cold but there was blue sky and the sun was shinning at one point. I'm going back down today I've got mams shopping to do she's 91 and had the flu jab plus the vaccine jab so proud of her. I'm expecting the same amount of shoppers if not more. Lovely shop but tainted by poor customer service. Ordered a pizza, was asked to pop back in 10 minutes as a young lady was being trained. Did, paid and went home. Got home, stuck it in the oven to later discover no tomato base on the pizza. Basics! Threw most of it away! Very poor!

Great place for your shopping has big car park
The staff are always working hard to keep the shelves fully stocked, the manager is very friendly and helpful as are the remainder of the staff. Very clean shop, has a large variety of clothing. Could do with more stocked veg. A very convenient place to shop.
Not a bad shop but shelves were a little empty when I visited
