This company came up top-rated on a quick search for Trowbridge taxis, when I needed to shave some time off a trip into work I would otherwise have been late on. Their online listings feature pickup from the local railway station, and this worked well, with one waiting for me right outside.  The driver was pleasant, polite, and concise, and the journey was smooth - a combination of driver skill and quality suspension, I think.  In line with most other taxi companies, this is a cash-only service, although they will also accept bank transfer via mobile banking apps. I didn't have that, so he was happy to drive me to a cashpoint at the beginning of the trip.

Called a couple of times multiple occasions I’ve had abuse over the phone and said I would get a taxi never turnt up rather get money than think of their customers definitely would not go for them again absolutely avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try to use them to get to an urgent doctors appointment.  Booked via the app, no-one arrived so gave them a call and was told it doesn't work.  Really disappointing service.

Try calling them on rainy days or night time ...always not available
