I'm only giving this one star because zero isn't an option. You're better off representing yourself before using this firm. One of their employees wished death upon me online and their directors haven't taken any action despite multiple reports.

Excellent service provided for those who are low income, they are also a great resource provider for those who are not income qualified for their services.

Make sure you have an attorney to give you REAL legal advice and not a paralegal because you will be representing yourself. Paralegals just pile up your file with paperwork so they can get paid for your name and pretend to care so that they can build bonds & network until becoming an attorney.

I got the assistance I requested and was not disappointed. They explained everything in detail as for the services they provided as well as following throughout my legal procedures. I highly recommend them.

Useless. I called for some actually help and the lady acts like I’m bothering her. How can you tell someone to just keep calling them. What do you think I have been doing for years. Everybody claims that they are here to help you until you actually need them, then they don’t want work.

From the security station at the entrance to the building, to the receptionists, to the large seat comfy waiting room, to the intake, every single aspect of my experience was pleasant. All staff was courteous and professional and I am very grateful for the opportunity to meet them. They really believe in "going the extra mile" in order to complete the process.  I look forward to my next appointment the staff and feel confident that my needs will be met with sincerity and with my best interest at heart.

The building is in need of repairs and updating. The heating was not working and ceiling was leaking water.  They were no help. I went to see if an attorney could put some fire under the feet of a company who did not want to solve a simple issue. Seemed like the attorney did not know what the hell he was doing. I guess because he was old. Zero sense of urgency or care for what was important to me. I ended up going further without his lack of help. Complete waste of my time and huge disappointment. Money talks and money will get you attorneys that are proactive and energetic. Free or low cost will get you trash. You what you pay for or don't pay for.

Every time hard time to get somebody on the phone and I live in in Newark New Jersey to go off all the way up there to tell me you don't have it that's why I called and nobody picking up the phone I've been calling from 11 this morning

People that work there are polite and helpful. The place is clean and there is comfortable seating. Services are limited so, you do have to arrive early. Sliding scale is income based, as a matter of fact, the majority of people that they see do meet income eligiblity. They help everyone from family law to landlord tenant cases. Downside, if your looking for a criminal lawyer, you may have to hire one. I would at least recommend them, if you are looking for Legal services.

I used them last summer and I want every case I called them this year and nobody got back to me yet
