I would like to commend Bird & Co on their professional service.  From start to finish I was kept informed.  My emails were responded to in a timely fashion.  All my questions were answered and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening.   They kept to their word and we were able to complete our transaction speedily with no hiccups.  I would certainly use them again should I need any legal assistance and will recommend then to anyone looking for professional, friendly and cost effective legal advice.  Thank you again.

Excellent (Conveyancing) service, really nothing to fault at all.
Ours was not a straightforward case, we had issues with our mortgage provider and the seller’s solicitors but Rebecca and her team were fantastic in helping us sort everything out; fast responses to our regular questions, chasing others on our behalf and helping keep us (relatively!) calm during what was a stressful time.
I can genuinely and happily highly recommend.

I have been using Bird & Co for a few years now and have found them fantastic to deal with. They have taken care of both my conveyancing and lately my Will writing needs. Great communication and service by Carol and Jen. Highly recommended.

I would just let to say how pleased we were with the services we received whilst buying our first home. 

Bird and Co kept me informed with regular updates and information throughout the process of buying our house. 

I would highly recommend Bird and Co and would happily use these again in the future.
