Have tried several times to get a quote or some help for getting my hair, nails and make up done for my wedding. Received 1 email from Sam and then never heard from her again. Despite reaching out. If you don’t want/have availability- just say so!
Had an AMAZING balayage done today by Matt and could not be happier. Hair was also curled so beautifully and elegantly please pass on my regards to the lovely trainee who did it! Felt so looked after during my visit. Great prices and lovely, friendly staff. Had a great chat too. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you again.
Since 2007 I have been using E hair for cuts,colouring and hair ups and cannot fault the staff...always pleasant,professional and the salon is always on trend with products and techniques but also excellent for my 88year old mother requirements. Their covid protocol is excellent also. Highly recommended 5 *
Having had a positive experience before it’s a shame that I now won’t be going back. I phoned up to book a hair appointment which was confirmed by the girl on the phone. Turned up for my appointment to find they had no appointment booked for me. The staff that I spoke to were rather unhelpful and didn’t offer an apology for what was obviously a mistake on their end. Disappointed as had enjoyed going there before.Service: Hair coloring
Always give a warm welcome.Friendly, trustworthy service, listen and advise helpfully. Very accommodating in matching hair and beauty appointments. Scaled pricing to suit all budgets.I live elsewhere in the country but still go to Ehair when I come down to visit family. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have tried a lot of salons in Torquay and this is by far the best. They provide a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere and ALL the of staff are lovely. I have experienced some salons were unless you walk in totally glammed up, you are actually made to feel quite uncomfortable. The staff here take their time to get the results right and their prices are great. i have had my hair done by a few trainees there and even they are fab. All of their work is checked. I highly recommend E-Hair and in particular Flo, she is great x
