I have been here 2 times for a hair appointment every time the cut has been awful steps in the front and very different layer lengths. Fortunately I'm a hairdresser and I managed to correct it myself. I went and had my nails done 2 days before I got married the experience was OK and I had heard great things about gel nail polish I left at 3.35 and by 8.30 that evening all but 3 had come off. I complained the next day and got my money back but I will not visit there again.
Good salon but would help if they could use details from previous cuts if they store that information, which they ought to for their own sake, maybe they should take a photo each time and store that with customers information?
I set Marcela a hard task with my neglected hair and she rose valiantly to the challenge. Really pleased with how she dealt with it and will definitely be going back. Thanks Marcela.
