Visited this beautiful salon last week for a back, neck and shoulder massage. After an incredibly busy and stressful week, this was more than needed! Sophie was so welcoming and very good at finding, and working on,  my knotted muscles, she really did work wonders! I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed, ready to enjoy the weekend. I had the most relaxing Lava Shell Massage with Sophie. I was a bit nervous as I had not had one before but she instantly put me at ease and explained the whole process to me.  The actual massage was relaxing, cosy and I felt totally refreshed afterwards. The shells were the perfect temperature and felt amazing. The salon is beautiful and so easy to find. I would definitely be coming back for more treatments in the future!

I had a great experience with Leanne / Beauty by Design. The studio is a beautiful, relaxing space. The shop part of the studio is also great with some lovely gifts.  My mum and I had make up trials at the studio prior to my wedding day. Leanne took her time with each of us and made sure we were happy with the results, before doing a great job replicating our makeup and doing bridesmaids' makeup as well on the big day. I have just moved to the area so I was looking for a beauty salon to get my eye brows done, I suffer from extremely sensitive skin and suffer after I have had them waxed, so I looked on this website and found all the reviews were very positive so I booked an appointment with Leanne,  when I got there I found a lovely welcoming salon and Leanne was very friendly and professional was there to greet me, I explained that my skin was sensitive to the wax so she suggested that I tried threading instead as it helps people with sensitive skin, I agreed to try it and I'm so glad I did the pain was minimal and the finish and shape was amazing.  Will definitely be going back to Leanne and her lovely salon. Would definitely recommend to anyone . Thanks Leanne.
