Very Friendly staff and love all of the products. Was smoking 40 cigarettes and now I haven’t smoked one in a year. There was a very friendly man that was serving me his name was Brian. I have got a very good setup from “Ecigs Kiosks Portadown” I would highly advise this shop as it is personally the best Ecig shop in Portadown.

Decent enough when you want basic help. Prices are standard, you wont get a deal or a service or knowledge you couldn't get anywhere else.  There has been a number of times I've been given the wrong coils for a device which never really bothered me, they swap them no issue. Annoying having to go back though but makes me think they're not all that bothered, just get your money and get you out so always double check before you leave the shop.  Most recently I bought a product that has takes premade coils and "do it yourself" coils and the product was great - I was told at purchase if you're not interested in building coils you can the premade ones no bother. When I went to get new coils, I was told they don't do them anymore and to build it myself. I tried and failed I'm not great at "e cig-ing" - I want a good hit and I'm happy. I left it with them and they determined it was damaged due to liquid tbf it had leaked everywhere, but more on that soon and advised me to wait a while to get some other guy to look at it.  I took it away to another shop and they opened it up, cleaned it and put it back together in 20 mins and ordered me in coils. Device fixed. He then shown me on Amazon coils that will work with the device if I ever cant find them in local shops. This whole process was 30 mins or so, whereas the E Cig Kiosk Portadown had it for a couple a days and advised me to wait a couple more to the weekend. I just get the impression they don't really know what they're at, and want to get it sorted in the cheapest way possible for them and in no benefit to me. Another shop helped me with a purchase that wasn't from their store, simply because it was "handy sorted" lol  This rating is based of my experience of other shops in the local area, which are superior. It's also based off my experience getting coils and my experience with an expensive purchase having issues. If it's close to you and you want e liquid, you'll have no issue here. Otherwise, I'd advise looking elsewhere.
