The team at Dyno were absolutely brilliant helping my family after someone was scammed by a dodgy trader. They checked the work had been done and was safe, gave us a quote, and were really helpful and kind to the family member who was rather upset by the whole experience. I have just had a Dyno Heating Engineer service my Grandmothers boiler.  It was deemed unsafe.  We have just had a new Combi Boiler installed within 3 days and have been guaranteed a free boiler service next year at the property.  Was also advise about Hive Heating  (a way of controlling your heating and lights from your mobile) Bit too advanced for my Grandmother but ideal for my family.  Having this installed today and purchased a Carbon Monoxide Detector.  Absolutely  delighted.  First Class.  Thank you Dyno

I was employed by these for 2 months and was treated like a pig!!!
My appearance was excellent attendance was good, and commitment was second to none. I worked late most nights and was sacked because I struggled on a few jobs so rather than brushing me up I get caught up in their perfetic what's app malarkey. And get this they issue me with uniform one day before they sack me after waiting 2 months.
This company is a disgrace they are just backstabbers and I genuinely thought mark and all the girls in the office were nice people.
The plumbers are unprofessional I went out with one who said I'm going to go rip some old lady off and they slag dyno off on what's app.
If you want a decent engineer don't use these guys please!

Utterly unorganised, no communication whatsoever between themselves, can't keep a date scheduled and stick to it, fixes are more of a temporary hack with decisions that make little sense...
