A beautiful and pleasant Indian restaurant. A large variety of dishes. We ate a variety of starters, all of them were delicious and special. The owner of the house is very friendly and willing to help in choosing the dishes and matching them to the mealFood: 5/5
We ordered the tandoori mixed grill and chicken tikka masala with cheese garlic naan. Unfortunately none of the dishes had any flavour, especially the chicken tikka which is traditionally supposed to have a nice kick to it, but this dish served had so much of sweetness to it, almost tasted like dessert with chicken in it. The meat in the mixed grill was so tough and over cooked. The naan seemed to be shop brought frozen stuff and just popped into the oven - tasteless and sprinkled with garlic powder. We had ordered Stuffed Paratha, Chicken Tandoori and Matar Paneer and Saag Paneer. And the food was so delicious. Specially the paratha was so good with Tandoori chicken and Matar Paneer. The manager came and asked how was the food. He was very gentle as well. Money well spent. I’m going again next week.
Kind and attentive service. Food good. Will try a few more times to work out spicing. Has a chicken madras, tadka dhal and bombay aloo. Tadka dhall is good and perfect consistency with enough garlic. Need a few more chillies but didn't ask for it so won't complain. Bombay aloo as well Good flavours but not spicy enough but will ask for it next time Chicken madras - just tried the sauce vegetarian, I am and sauce was perfect hot with a hint of sweetness. Didn't expect that sweetness but overall it was nice. Next time more specific requests and looking forward to a happy experience By the way, the naans were light and not doughy. Some may like, some may complain - I am neutral on that!
Received visited Dyce Tandoori and wasn't disappointed! Great value for money meal for 2 excellent menu very generous portions and excellent service garlic chilli chicken outstanding
This place offers free tickets to Indian and back, in this place you will taste the genuine and authentic taste of Indian food that has been freshly cooked just for you by a passionate chef, this place like no other place as it will make you feel the taste of every ingredient and spices that’s been used in your meal. I was bit worried when first I placed the order as it was bit expensive than other places, but the minute we received our delivery we forgot about it as the seductive smells of the herbs and spices will flys you all the way to India and back. I’d definitely visit that place in person and order from them again and again. Special thanks to that passionate chef who cooked our food and thanks to delivery lady who carried our meals with care, also not to forget to thank the amazing manager who was very friendly during the phone conversation when I called to thank them for making my day. Dyce Tandoori is a gem that must be tried to experience the real India in Aberdeen.
Saved our Hogmanay after shish tandoori denied we had booked. Even though they were very busy and had many large groups in they accommodated four of us and we ended up glad because of the quality of the food and good service. Not just the old favourites but some nice alternatives on the menu and easy parking.
Service very fast & house speciality dishes very good quality
The outside is very clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and polite although not busy I did not have long to wait for my order.
Great nans. If the nans are good the food is usually great. It was big portions
