Jason Ming claims it is a very good gym with very good management. must get a dander in some time kiddd

Very disappointing experience. U have to be a member to get in. So my husband & I paid £20 to get in along with our 6 month old baby. Pool was really cold, took baby out straight away & asked for a refund.  Others were saying how cold pool was that day also .I rang a few times & I'm still waiting on manager to get back to us.  Very bad service. Also no kids pool area. Consumer rights entitles you to get a refund!
