I did not get to peruse the entire store. But I am satisfied with what I saw so far. The store carries an assortment of household items and clothing. You can get sheets, duvets, pillows, throw pillows, towels, robes, onesies, rugs, furniture, wares, vintage inspired appliances which can be matched 50s inspired kettles & toasters, lights, unique plant pots/garden ornaments, lamps etc. Staff are very helpful. Prices are mixed but comparable with other stores. The reductions are good but comparable. It's worth a visit.
Great layout of this store and clean and immaculately kept, they stock almost everything for the home,lovely quality and reasonably priced. Christmas items also in abundance and beautifully displayed. Very pleased to have visited today and purchased items for the bathroom. I'll definately be visiting regularly
Had a nice little visit today, wasn't looking for anything in particular just looking around for ideas, did stop for a quick coffee, other than a pleasant experience today even though I never purchased anything.
They looked at me funny when I went in last time. They were a bit funny on the door towards me. This time they wouldn't allow my scooter in I had to park it outside but who would look after it?. Would they take responsibility No. So I parked it inside. On the tills they were very strange towards me. Wouldn't let me question the price of an item nor would they call the person over. When I went to speak to the person I overheard them talking behind me about me. It was very rude and uncomfortable to be there. I should have just left but I needed the items.
Great for bedding, curtains and excellent lighting upstairs, unfortunately coffee shop closed but do a problem beyond their control. Two and half hour parking for free, disabled spaces near shop.
Overall good store ,wide variety of home decor , furniture , small appliances all I one roof .Good quality products .
My husband and I went to Dunelm in Bedford to order new curtains. The young lady called Alexandra was amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was great to have someone so knowledgeable helping us. She had the patience of a saint.
Apparently, at the end of 2022, you will no longer be able to get a receipt if you don't have an email address?? My parents don't... so that's two customers you've lost! Some people do not want to be pushed towards using technology, and that's their choice. I'd rather pay more and go to John Lewis!! So that's three customers you've lost!!!! What an absolute joke.
Fantastic choice of products ranging from rugs to kitchen products and much more. When you've had a good look around, why not get yourself something to eat and drink from the Pausa cafe, situated within the Bedford store.
Large store, tons to choose from. Good shopping experience. Not many offers I found. And the ones I did find were at the back of the store looking al forlorn. Just dumped there.
