I love the Dunelm store in Durham city retail park.nModern home ware to suit everybody's purse! To bring updated style to your home.nToday, I got a silver vase as I wanted for Christmas which cost only £10; and 4 tea light holders for Christmas, too, costing £2 each. It's one of my go-to stores for my home.nGreat customer service, too,which I always value.
Very modern and large Dunelm. I placed an order online using their click and collect service.nnAlthough you can collect the same day, they will hold on to your items for about a week which is helpful, as the day I ordered I was unable to collect.nnThe collection process was simple.nnLarge car park outside as there is plenty of other stores in the same business park.nnLovely store inside. The best Dunelm I've been in.
I dislike this shop immensely. The staff here have never been polite. Good luck ever getting a refund or return. They're so rude it's like you've offended them personally for wanting to bring something back. And if you don't have a receipt they are so unhelpful. Tried to return wallpaper when I'd bought 2 too many. Even though I had a bank statement and the product was in their own packaging and bag, no refund given, not even store credit which is what I asked for. I haven't been inside for over 2.5 years since they were so rude and unhelpful. I decided never to shop there again and spend my money elsewhere which is a shame for them because I was renovating an old manor house and that was a lot of rooms to decorate and furnish. I go where the service is better. Must have walked past and Google Maps picked it up as a visit.
There are Many 'Wholesale' Outlets : Growing 'Centres of Variety', Abound.nWe popped in for a 'Breadmaker' as Our 15yr Old Model became Unsound.nnNot always a Choice, but the Price was Right, so we bought & left the Building.nMy wife sneaked back to buy Two CushionsPLUS a Large Wool Rug: Increased Impulse Spending.nnWE are please with the Quality of ALL Purchased and will Certainly return again.nI hope My Pension can cope with the STRAIN, or I will have to start EARNING by The 'PEN'!
A more 'household-biased' establishment than places like B&Q which in this instance is situated right next door if a bigger range of tools is required.nnBig range of Household goods, bedding, curtains, decorating supplies DIY and Gardening tools and items of occasional furniture.nnLarge free car park at the front.
