I have been on the phone trying to talk to them for the last 20 min. Nobody bothers to pick up the phone. Just wanted to extend my reservation. What a joke of costumer services!!!

This was my first visit to a Dunelm store - prior to it I'd seen their range online and in magazines. I was positively surprised by the quality and style. 
The store is large, new and has a coffee shop and customer toilets.

The staff here are always so very helpful. It's a great place to shop. I could be there all day so much to see and buy. I'm very lucky it's just up the road from where I live. And they serve very nice coffee and sandwiches and cake!

This Dunelm is a good size and the staff very helpfully explained why we weren't able to find something. The car park could be a bit small when the place gets busy. It has public toilets. We bought a lovely ottoman from here. Fairly good quality and affordable price. Some items can be a little bit expensive.
