Appsolutly appalled at the incompetence of the store!  had plumbing related items to be delivered to store only to find it had been signed for by someone they didn't know also  hadn't been entered onto the system I only knew this once I'd had a go at the seller who had assured me it was delivered and signed for 2 days prior, I hadn't received an eBay confirmation code so only knew about this when I went into store and now I have to wait 72hrs for them to contact me regarding an investigation I'm sure my customer won't be best pleased as she is expecting the installation tomorrow
