I recently went into Dune in Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. My partner picked a bag off the shelf and we took it to the counter to pay for it. The girl behind the counter asked if my partner would like a fresh one. She said yes please. The girl came back with another but with no wrapping or packaging. I told my partner to check it. Sure enough, there was damage to the back of it. They were trying to get rid of faulty stock. They also conned me into giving my email address for a receipt to be sent to and then asked if I'd like a paper one as well. The staff have obviously been told to do this. Watch this company when out shopping. Don't trust them. Avoid at all costs!
I absolutely adored the selection of sandals in particular. They have perfect flip flops too, not like it matters in England HAHAHAHA, get it? Anyway more to the point, I thought the staff were lovely and very polite, I just wish they had shoes that fit my massive clown feet. They don’t call me big foot for no reason in there. However, the store is in lovely shape. It’s just a shame I’ve never been there. Solid 4 stars from me!
Don't bother going here. Visited today, and staff were too busy trying on shoes themselves to notice us. 4 or 5 assistants all stood around trying on shoes. No wonder people are shopping online as no point going into stores just to be ignored.
This place is full of nothing but amazing people, everyone is friendly and welcoming, I loved the colourful shoes and the nice patterns on bags !
Level of customer care exceeded my expectations...
