Place lacks a ton of communication. Was good years ago, now its just poor. Call up to book appointment with nurse for bloods, told its just a walk in. So i head down nice and early. Sit for 45 mins to be told i need to go through the doctor now first before getting bloods done? Why does reception not know? Thats just todays experience after my previous multiple experiences every dam time i go down to the place.. Been there all my life and finally moving away from it. Walk out more stressed and outraged than ever.

This surgery is an absolute disgrace they take far to many patience on which means your waiting two weeks or more for an appointment! I understand the doctors are stretched but this is just unacceptable. I've since moved from here and do not recommend it to anyone you'll be waiting a longggg time before you get to see your Doctor if you are with them! 👎🏼

Rip off merchants. To get vaccines to go abroad they charged £10 per injection (£60!) on top of the cost of the vaccines! They did not tell me until after they had written the prescription and it was too late. Most other doctors only charge for the vaccines. Disgrace.
