Excellent service received from a lovely family run business. All partners are well qualified & the relaxed atmosphere in the office instantly put me at ease enough to ask the necessary questions regarding my investments & these were answered in a very straight forward easy to understand way. They made me feel that my investments were as important as someone who had much larger ones & have also kept me well informed on matters affecting the markets either by email or phone calls. I have regular reviews & feel happy that my money is in safe hands rather than in a large company when you can get forgotten. I would definitely recommend them.
I have been a client of Dukes Financial Planning for at least fifteen years starting when Katrina Duke was in an office in Romford. Throughout that time Katrina, Ray, Taylor and Adam have attended to all my investment and pension requirements to my utmost satisfaction. They are always ready to answer any queries I may have and always explain the current situation in the financial markets in great depth at our annual meetings in their office. Should they ever need to acquaint me with any changes they feel should be made they will always either phone or email me; everything is always explained in great detail. The attention to detail they have shown me over so many years could not be bettered, nor even equalled Dukes Financial Planning have done me proud!
