The food was nice but there is no children's menu just a half portion of an adults meal and it was very salty when it arrived. The food for adults was lovely though and the man that served us was very friendly and helpful. I would happily go back again.

Stopped here to get something to eat on our way home from a long day at a family funeral. We were given a warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the food ( sausage and mash, and smoked haddock ). We will certainly go again. We have no criticism to make.

Easter Sunday 17 of us (not from the area) just turned up and the staff couldn't do more to accommodate us, had an amazing 3 course Sunday lunch... Fabulous... would highly recommend it xxxx

Real fire. Real coffee real beer..Tick tick tick. Love this place..friendly family run. All the food we had tasted genuinely homemade. Also 3 Tesla chargers so will return here regularly. Electricity is supplied on a goodwill basis by the owner - unlike superchargers

Great food. The pub is under new management. Was in before Christmas and had four menus to choose from. The turkey was fantastic and the vegetables cooked to perfection. Will definitely stop again. One customer said the ham sandwich was the best he had ever had.
