Fabulous afternoon thank you so much, warm welcoming atmosphere excellent hosts nothing is too much trouble, Sunday Roast wonderful , Apple crumble Fab too, great pub glad it’s our local

We loved our evening in the Duke of Wellington.  It has a lovely atmosphere.  The staff greeted us with a smile.  They were friendly, efficient and professional.nnThe food was basic but served quickly, hot and well cooked.nnWe took advantage of two for £10 on the cocktails which were excellent,  would love to see a few more choices on the cocktail menu for when we visit again which we certainly will.

Came for food today with partner and 2 children,  very accommodating, polite and friendly. Lovely cosy pub atmosphere. Food was excellent, all freshly prepared and cooked. The apple crumble is outstanding also, highly recommended and we will definitely be going back more often

It's been a long time since I had apple crumble that good and bargain price may I add. The whole Sunday dinner was beautifully cooked. Thank you to the chef and staff

Lovely fish and chips last night Aug 22nd all home made will definitely be back to taste more from the menu
