Just moved into these premises and i think the staff are great. They price matched my last unit and so far it been great

Used the shredding service, was very straightforward, picked up a large bag in store and only cost £6

Obviously the reviews below are probably the staff themselves or their relatives but let me tell you the staff are not nice to deal with, very false and over friendly until they have your money. The prices are way overpriced for what they give you and anyone hardly ever comes here, in my time of moving house and coming here many times I have only seen about two people, shows how 'busy' they really are. I have moved since to a better facility and have much better service from staff who aren't excessively greedy like here.

Our business has been at Storage King Dudley for around 4 years now and one of the key selling points for us has been the ability to move into larger units as our business has grown. We currently have 4 units converted in 1 which SK created for us without extra cost. 

The team (Terry and Alice) are always courteous and it is never too much trouble to go the extra mile to help us when needed.

24 hour access 7 days a week has been essential and the courtyard/unit is always spotlessly clean.

Premises costs are all in so there is nothing extra to pay e.g. rates/utilities and there is total flexibilty if you need to vacate.

For anyone looking for storage space (of any size or shape) this is a great place to start with easy access across the whole of Dudley and the surrounding Black Country.
