My experience with dentist name Ramya was very good, she is such a nice person, caring a lot during my treatment and I always feel she is very helpful all the time my visit so after my treatment I always feel great, thanks dentist Ramya for everything.
Did give a five star review, but sadly it's now down to one. My sister, who has mental health issues, has been in pain for a week now concerning her teeth. At first she thought it was sensitivity pain, so she got some toothpaste to see if that would help. It didn't. So it must be something to do with the partial denture she has in. She called up to say that she's been in pain and they said that they couldn't see her until late March three weeks away!. She had to hold back the tears and was told that she could call back in the morning. Sadly, she won't as she feels defeated and what makes this worse is that she can't eat or drink! Sad state of affairs when you can't get an appointment to just make sure there's nothing seriously wrong ... I'm now having to seek out another dentist for her just as so she can get someone to look at her and help her - especially as she's unable to eat or drink anything. What's worse is that she has had nothing but bad experiences with dentists and just adds to her anxiety, worry and her body dysmorphia.
Disgusting customer service! I messaged Fri morning because it hurt too much to talk and asked them not to call me because of this but reply by email instead. I asked lots of questions which I would have asked on the phone and all the receptionist emailed back was "call the surgery" did she even read my email? So 3 days later on Monday and a few painkillers to help talk I phoned up for an emergency... She wasn't able to get me in and then wasted my time even more taking details before telling me oh sorry we're not taking new patients!!!!!
Havent been for a few years as im not keen on the dentist but i was really impressed with dentist ramya and her assistant they were so caring today and really made my experience of having my tooth out alot easier than a previous experience ive had, thank you for your kind and caring manner see you in 3 months x
Been a patient here since I was 16 I'm 44 now they have always been very friendly and helpful I've had some excellent dentist and dental nurses my current dentist and nurse are leaving and I'm gutted they are absolutely beautiful people and they are great to look at when sat with a drill in your mouth very good practice and staff
No end of cancelled appointments. As someone who relies on someone to take me to appointments and also has other issues, this is not acceptable. They've cancelled last minute and I am in pain. This was ignored. Not a happy person right now.
I would like to share my experience at this practice. The service I received was excellent. I cannot thank Dentist Ramya and her nurse Mani enough. I've recently had several appointments and a tooth extraction. These ladies were so kind and caring, I've never seen anything like it. I was really nervous before having my extraction and they put me at ease. I felt so comfortable in their presence. I will never go to anyone else again. Thanks ladies
Would give 0 , but can't... damaged my teeth further , and further , under new management , a leopard doesn't change it's spots ...not interested in caring , preserving etc teeth , only interested in taking them out and invoicing the NHS , not evening giving a replacement denture , saying that I don't need the tooth ? God created us , nature with these teeth , it's like saying I don't need five fingers , I'll cut one off or two ... pain , misery , not being able to eat what I want , since my last visit I have developed gum disease...do not sign the waiver
Ramya and mel were great they really made me feel comfortable and did not perform the extraction until I was completely numb and kept checking with me if I was. Ramya got me in sooner as they had a cancellation and told me she thought of me when a slot came available and mel held my hand everytime I screamed like a baby and kept talking to me about everything apart from the massive needle. Really impressed with Ramya and Mel will see you guys in 6 months
This practise is focused on treating people as quickly as possible with a lack of quality or care. They offer generic advice and provide minimal treatment to save time so they can see their next patient. I would also beware of signing their waiver before treatment if you are having any serious work done as it removes all liability from them even if a mistake is made. Overall I would not recommend this practise to anyone.
