Useless.  From 8am tuesday  morning you rung 4 more than half a hour and no one answers. Emergency  phone numb the same as normal. 😡 avoid them if you can

Staff not helpful. You can't get appointment.  If you arrive 5min after your appointment it would be cancelled but if you arrive before your appointment you will spend over 45min before been seen without any apologies.

It took a lot for me to make a dental appointment but as soon as I entered the dentist I was overwhelmed at the level of customer care given by the Oasis staff, I hadn't mentioned that I was a nervous patient, the attentive attitude of the receptionists and dentist was second to none.
I have been a customer service manager for many years so I expect high standards,  I was so impressed with the service, with the staff going the extra mile. This has been a 5 star customer experience..
