After a long day of sightseeing, we were really looking forward to trying this pizza place but omg, when I tell you everything about this place was horrendous, it is a gross understatement….. The service itself took over 1/2 hour for take away with only one guy ahead of us waiting for his order. There were two guys working, one handling the orders, the other working the pizza oven. One kept rubbing his forehead and the other brushing his hands through his hair and touching the order screen. I wouldn’t care about this except that they were both then preparing the pizzas at the same time think Seinfeld Papi episode. I just hoped that the fire oven would burn off the dandruff and germs…. Then came the actual pizza if one could even call it that. I’m not sure how someone can get margarita pizza wrong but this place managed to do just that think the soggiest, undercooked pizza with two tiny pieces of basil. My partner got a pizza that was supposed to have Teeling Whisky aged salami on it and ended up taking it off the pizza because it tasted so bad. The crust was burnt in some areas and soggy in others see pics. The focaccia was just a piece of greasy dough and the sauces were also below par, overall just a horrid overpriced experience. Skip this place if you are in Dublin and go to a proper pub for a meal. I think the Spar European version of a 7-Eleven down the street would have had better late night food options….
The top tier of Dublin Pizza options available to you. Dublin Pizza Co has everything you're looking for! Plenty of tasty options to choose from here and the best part is you can order online and just rock up to collect, absolutely hassle free! Also worth mentioning is the price, 13" Margarita will only set you back €12.50 which is incredible value for such a central Pizza place in Dublin.
This is not the best pizza place in Dublin maybe Sano?, but it's probably the best PIZZA in Dublin and I tried a lot of pizza places in Dublin. It's in a scruffy part of town, and staff aren't the most friendly - it's one of those "take your pizza and leave" kind of places. But what a pizza though pun intended. 5 stars.
Pizza was decent. My two complaints are the middle was totally soggy, crust was too thin in the center. The placement of the toppings all near the middle made it worse. The crust, therefore, was just plain bread.
Ingredients are fresh and high quality. Dough and oven are excellent. The thing that let's this place down is that they don't understand how to put a pizza together. There is always too much moisture on the pizza which causes the toppings to slide off. They got everything else right except this one fundamental detail
Simple authentic delicious pizza in the town, be baked in front of you. Highly recommend it, available to be orders online. Staff are amazing. They have their secret recipes
UPDATED We ordered some pizzas and didn’t have the best experience. The delivery didn’t work out, however, Dublin pizza company really made an effort to get this right and took it very seriously to get to the bottom of this. They were very nice and very responsive and refunded the money + a complementary order.
Say the owner on RTE ONE doing a pizza cook of and fell in love with their pizzas......very friendly, good customer service.the pizzaz are more than you imagine.
Really delicious pizza made fast to order. Fresh and tasty! Would have loved somewhere to sit, but appreciate that's not the kind of atmosphere they are going for. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan pizza options available. Vegetarian and vegan labelling on the menu.
I expected this place to be mediocre, but it turned out to be one of the better pizzas in Dublin. I am a big fan of Toons Bridge Dairy, and appreciate that they use their cheeses. Everyone raves about Pi, but this place has far more variety of pizzas when it comes to flavor. My only complaint was the Cesar salad was absolutely horrific, and they forgot the dressing which only added insult to injury. I can forgive because they are not Dublin Salad Company. Look forward to ordering again.
