Absolutely amazing experience with this company and their service.nnI had a slight issue with one of the batteries I purchased of them and huge credit to Chris for sorting this out with the supplier ‘ Belle’.nnChris did all the hard work in liaising with them to sort the whole thing out and within a matter of hours from my first initial email to Chris he has sorted me a free replacement battery from Belle.nnAbsolutely amazing and will be ordering from them again very soon.  nn5 Stars!!

Quality of the product was excellent as expected when purchasing STIHL workwear. DTW service and aftercare service was excellent too, unfortunately the parcel was delivered to the wrong address a few days earlier without notification of delivery by the courier.nSubstandard delivery service seems to be prevalent these days and this can cause problems for Honourable company's like DTW.nDTW service though as a company I would certainly recommend.

I found that DTW was selling the Stihl lawnmower I wanted at the most competitive price, so wanting to give my lawn its Final Cut of the season I ordered the lawnmower and used the next day delivery service.  I waited and waited and waited but no mower.nnFrustrated I phoned DTW and had the good fortune to chat with Christopher Aarnio, Sales Executive.  With patience, perseverance and calmness he dealt with the DHL issue and the mower was eventually delivered 3 days late! His professional and calm manner cancelled out my frustration.nnI will definitely use DTW for future purchases.  Thank you Christopher.

I recently bought a Stihl battery lawnmower from DWT Tools and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were really helpful and kept me informed, even calling to let me know about a small delivery delay, which was quickly resolved. The service and value were both excellent.nnAs a bonus, my grandson had a great time playing with the lawnmower box—so it was a hit with all ages! Highly recommended.
