Easy search online facilities for items and stock allowed ordering to be simple. Once my order was complete payment was efficiently made.The goods arrived very quickly and are now in use.nI can't fault any of this and will buy again from DTW.
Great product at a good price. It took 5 days before item was shipped but it arrived within the 7 day delivery window, so not unreasonable. When I spoke to the sales team, they were polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
Ordered directly over the phone after being let down by another company. Christopher went out of his way to make sure the item was in stock and expedited the delivery for us, and communication was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend.
Done a lot of research on these machines even tried a few in hire centres, this is by far the best for the price, 10 mins yard was brand new, excellent bit of kit, would highly recommend
The ordering system was very straightforward, followed by an email confirmation to say they had received my enquiry - then to wait for an email telling me the items were ready for collection. This email did not arrive so had to contact DTW who said it was waiting for me ‍ - just a glitch!nPicked the item up, but not had chance to use it as we were going on holiday the day after…
