5/5 experience overall, thanks so much for warm and friendly service first of all; felt very welcome. Then the food honestly so well presented and tasted very good. I usually have English breakfast, pancakes or the beef burger. All perfect couldn’t ask for better. Then the atmosphere, also very good although music could be better. Customer service very good thank you Abdul and thank you to the other young men and women who have excellent service.
We booked here for shisha. First I was told the booking is inside and they're fully booked outside for the next 2 hrs. After objecting, they gave us a space outside. Shisha quality was very good with regular service. Later I ordered "prawn linguine" and it was made with spaghetti! I mentioned but was told it's always served like that! Tastewise alright, but not up to the price at all. My friend found the "beef burger" nice but too spicy not mentioned on the menu and the "smoked aubergine" was also pretty spicy again failed to mention on the menu. Their King prawn starter was nice and delicious. Service is nice and quick with minor mistakes ie we received mint tea instead of black tea but we decided to have it and didnt mention it. Matcha latte was delicious. Overall good experience but I won't dine here again, however I'll go back for shisha and drinks.
Picturesque brunch place with beautiful food presentation. We sat outside, with heaters on. Although the food looks good on pictures, they taste average, like misses the mark. The pancakes were too dry and the açaí bowl was too sweet. Nonetheless, it’s a pretty place to visit.
Took Mrs for brunch...lovely location, great service and food delicious. All items halal...we had the full English. We were served by Angelina who was very attentive and provided a great service. Also provided complimentary ginger apple shot which was great.
So I went for Iftar after watching some guys TikTok £35 for Soup, Lamb Shank, and dessert. It's not worth it. I won't recommend it. The Soup was meh, nothing amazing. The Lamb was a bit tough, and it needed some effort to cut and lack flavour. I was expecting it to be soft and have some flavour, you know it's lamb shank,but nope... the rice thing had some bits, which was crunchy. Was it burnt or dried up? No idea and the portion was tiny. You're hungry after the whole day of fasting. And the MOST annoying thing was, while people around me had received the food on a plate. We got ours in a bowl. Why in a bowl?? Others after us got food on a plate. It was annoying to eat it, and just the whole experience was meh. The dessert, however, was the best from the menu. Well done to the chef for that. Service from the ladies was great, very attractive and warm. The atmosphere was okay. They had a small temp prayer room, which was nice. You can find parking around after 18:30, I think. Is it worth £35? No. Would I recommend it? No
One of the best English breakfasts out there. It was such a nice brunch, very delicious. Amazing service. Thank you to everyone, especially Angelina, made our experience so much more incredible. Absolutely loved the whole experience.
I’m surprised this is the best rated one out of all the branches. It was “alright” nothing special. Portion was VERY small for the price. Mock tail was so good. But the portion of the full English breakfast is just not worth it. Good service and nice people
Beautiful decoration but I booked a table for 2 as it was just me and a friend but I have 2 babies twins and there was no table who actually had space on the side that I could park my buggy. Also it took like 40 minutes for someone to take out orders… Like I could have at least a coffee? Food was good tho.
This may have been one of the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. We spent upwards of 50 minutes waiting for our food, which turned out to be average. Our beverages, which were the highlight of the meal, arrived within the first 5 minutes of ordering so we couldn’t even enjoy them with our food. When asked where our food was, they were completely unapologetic and seemed annoyed that we were asking, saying that they had “ other parties in the back” as if other restaurants do not have several tables and parties to tend to and can maintain excellent service for all. It seemed like there was no effort to speed up our service and the staff was unfriendly and quite rude. Ambience was good but again, I would absolutely never come here again because of the absolute lack of care.
I went in today for a brunch, I was not sure about which pancakes to choose and Johnny helped me to choose the best one. He was very professional and friendly. Excellent service. Attention to details. The dirty napkins removed in time and replaced without even asking. Thank you Johnny
