As the Pete Bingham, legend of ashburton himself has said, “ drum bridges represent a bench mark in quality” no other round about can quite compare. A gateway to trago mills where zig zags are 79p, you cannot quite complain. This is a must tourist stop location as it represents Devon at it core.

This is an iconic west country roundabout, nestled in the heart of Devon along the magnificent A38. It can be seen from almost two miles away in one direction, I forget which. Its girders are solid and stocky, like a Scotsman on heat and it's lane filtering is unrivalled by its competitors. Definately worth a visit

Disappointing. Cold, dreary and soggy. The ground in the centre is pulped, and covered in a thin layer of discarded gentleman's letters, Smith's crisp packets from 1983 and torn pages of a somewhat forgettable copy of Razzle. Traffic was incessant making sleep difficult, it was hard to find a suitable pitch and the were no toilet facilities. It was very difficult to find a suitable pitch and the owner charged extra for our dog. A complete turn-off. We will not visit again.

Iconic. Powerful. Gripping and glorious.nThe drumbridges roundabout has it all.nA titan of traffic management, this concrete halo of hope is a must see for anyone visiting the UK, or indeed, Europe.
