Some of the food is really nice, but overpriced. Staff seem a little bit moody. Although one time I was waiting patiently at the counter for almost 10 mins and not one person came to see me. One of the ladies took one look and just went into the kitchen. It was pretty awkward. Me just standing there for ages with other customers/diners staring at me. In the end I just walked out.

Used to come here all the  time in 2013. Disappointed with service and quality of food. Had coffee and croquet monieur. Toastie was Luke warm and so was coffee. I had my two year old granddaughter with me so not easy to queue up and complain. Will think twice about coming again.

Over priced. Poor service. Unfriendly staff. Even when I've emailed feedback to head office the replies have been terrible. Copy and paste email with no reference to the points raised. 
If you're thinking of going here, don't. M&S cafe next door serves better food and drink with much better service levels.

Coffee very weak.  Scones stale. Staff not at all friendly or helpful.
