They are the most uneducated bunch I have ever known. On at least two occasions I was given contradictory information from two departments. It appeared I knew more than the operator about many things. Just called today Easter Tuesday, got an recorded message saying they were closed on the Bank Holiday. Easter Tuesday is not a bank holiday in NI, duh! Wake up Civil Service and do some work.

Absolutely shocking waited 36 minutes on hold just to be told they havnt checked which licences have came in since the 22nd March 😂 madness. So still no closer to locating it

Rip off. £90 for England, Scotland, Wales to get license back after ban including medical. Northern Ireland £144 for license and £179.50 for the medical £323.50 total. This cant be right surely some sort of trade standards or watchdog needs to investigate this bare faced robbing.

Phone answered promptly, automated menu relayed quickly and clearly and I was connected to a customer service rep without a wait. Very helpful CSR, very polite and courteous even though I'm a Grumpy Old Man!!! 5 out of 5. I don't know who previous reviewers were connected to but the DVA (NI) I was connected to were Super-Duper! Thanks Guys!!!
