Saved £80 on car insurance Great service first class customer service Thanks Liz
As I've never had a claim with Abbey auto line I cannot comment about this. Since that is the make or break of insurance rather than how you are treated on the phone, it is difficult to review this company. My dislike here stems from my high premiums that are unfounded. But I've argued it and it gets shrugged off.
Professional, polite staff and I have used Abbey for 7yrs and its always been the same.
I got good deal and the staff was very helpful.
I had a lovely lady called Liz from the Coleraine branch who helped me sort out my insurance needs. Liz was brilliant to work with and I couldn't recommend highly enough.
Been with this company several years, but most likely my last. Poor customer service, documents not sent, long waiting times on phone and when you get through, it hangs up on you! Not worth the hassle!
Very helpful efficient and professional staff who cater for all needs
Have been getting insurance for years here, staff helpful and knowledgeable only down side recently we discovered for young driver insurance we could get cheaper elsewhere
