Dave and the team are fantastic. We have used Drive In for the last 22 years and have found them to be nothing more than perfectly professional and very reasonably priced. They have all the most up to date computers and tools and have been able to sort issues other mechanics wouldn't dream of touching. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Failed twice to sort my tracking out leaving me with a crooked wheel worse than when I originally went in. Told everything was perfect and it must be something else even though I knew it wasn't. Lost money having to come out of work to pick it up. Had to end up taking it somewhere else that fit me in immediately and checked over all the other areas to make sure they weren't causing the problem which they weren't.  now the car handles and drives like a dream and finally my steering wheel is straight.
Seen as thought I can't reply to you comment. I will edit this part. Yes you asked me to bring it back again but for a third time I wasn't prepared to. Yes the garage was paying for it I had to end up taking it somewhere else and pay for it myself. They were paying for it as it wasn't right when I purchased the car. Yes I said I would leave it with you as I was at work. But if it had been sorted out the first time on my only day off that week which is why I booked it in for that particular day,  I wouldn't have had to bring it back a 2nd time when I was working.i couldn't keep driving it for another week until I go another day off
Neither time did anyone drive the car to see if it was corrected. As I was going on holiday I didn't have time to repeatingly bring it back until the job was done to a satisfactory level. The print out may have said that my wheels were perfectly aligned but the steering wheel was a good 25° off center when going in a straight line. The other garage I had to take it to kept it and adjusted it until it was all perfectly straight. This then cost me money which it shouldn't have as my car is still under warranty

Seem to spend most of my wages here, but they are open and honest and  have been more reliable than most, though they can always be relied on for a head shake and sharp intake of breathe as they tell you whats wrong :)

Had a repair quoted by Audi at a ridiculous price. Drive In Service Centre managed to repair the job to the same standard at quarter the price. They also managed to keep to manufacturers warranty standards. Would definitely recommend and return again if needed!

As soon as I walked in, I were greeted with the best customer service and offered a brew, which was a lovely touch! I'd been to 3 other garages I'm the area before drive in and all charged ridiculous prices. Then I got to drive in and they priced everything in front of me and I couldn't be happier with the price and outcome of my vehicle. It hasn't been running this well since I first got it! 10/10 will definitely be coming here in the future.
