I got served by Rebecca at Edmonton green dreams and she was absolutely amazing. Rebecca has great customer service skills. She was so lovely and went above and beyond to help me and gave me a drink and she helped me get on and off the mattresses to try them as I am disabled. Rebecca is a credit to your company.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Dreams store in Edmonton Green, and I must say, it was a remarkable shopping experience. Initially, I visited the Haringey store, but unfortunately, I received poor customer service there. I had intended to seek assistance, but the staff member I encountered was unhelpful and rude. It was immediately apparent that they were more interested in rushing me out of the store rather than addressing my concerns. This experience left me not only frustrated but also deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by "Dreams." Consequently, I decided to leave the store and head to the Edmonton Green location. Upon entering the Edmonton Green store, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for an enjoyable visit. Their genuine commitment to listening to my needs and going above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. One delightful surprise during my visit was the offer of beverages. This small but thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to the experience. It's these little things that make a big difference and set Dreams apart. I left the store not only with the perfect item I was searching for but also with a smile on my face. I can't thank the Dreams team enough for making my visit such a pleasure. I highly recommend Dreams in Edmonton Green to anyone in search of not only quality products but also a wonderful shopping experience.

The person who served me -Rebecca - was competent, quickly understanding exactly what I needed, and I left the shop a satisfied customer.
Went to Edmonton green dream , one of the worst customer experience ever , I won’t mention name of the person , but he was so arrogant don’t even gives eyes contact it’s like he don’t care , bought a bed for £3000 and went you went there to complain about thing not right with the bed , u got a worst service, really I will never recommend this to anyone , and to the manager of this store pls take into consideration of your worker attitude towards customer

A well performed customer service by Andrew gave best quality options to choose from even offered a cup of tea, very welcoming and friendly went through out all the processes slowly with us and ensured best results
