Huge exhibition area with two floors. Fantastic design and high quality sofas, I loved all of them. I visited a few places for sofas before this but this one is really attracting people to itself and people are all friendly and take care of you. Especially the guy dealing with us, Omer Bilecen, was so friendly and helpful, he showed us all the beautiful designs, options, combinations, cost and time. A fantastic place for buying furnitures, I recommend.
Five star customer service, we purchased two sets of living room furnitures and were very happy with the products and a special thank you to Saniye and Fatima for the excellent service they gave us.
Sofa/Bed, Received today Wednesday the 1st of February 2023 at 14.30 hours. Great service although bit time taken for delivery, I was told by shop keeper that it will be manufactured abroad, that's why all time taken, Any how all received today and the delivery personnel assembled.. Good Satisfactory with there service too.. I / We are thankful great fully all services given at your New Malden brach by MR. JASPAL SING Thanks once again
Biggest mistake EVER DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE !! They showed me a mattress and I payed £1500 on the day. And said it will be definitely delivered in one weeks. The mattress arrived after 12 weeks. They sent me a identical mattress that looks the same as the one I picked but But actually it’s a different mattress ,very cheap mattress you can lift it up with one finger. They came next day and took the mattress immediately They tried to trick me. Luckily I took pictures on the day when I paid. Professional Con Artist. It’s been 4 months still waiting for a refund. Very poor Quality products. All made in China They will lie and say it’s made in turkey.

I visited Dogtas store in Edmonton a few days ago. I went there without really knowing what I wanted. I was just exploring options for my new fiat. Thankfully I ran into Ömer that day; he was extremely helpful and helped me think through what would look good in my flat. He was professional, patient and very sincere in wanting to help me. I bought a great quality sofa set and I’m sure I will be back to purchase more. I highly recommend this place and will be sure to tell my friends about it. Thank you Very much Ömer and Dogtas

We visited many places, the customer representatives have zero interest in the customer. We saw Doğtaş store by chance. Thank you to Ömer for welcoming us with excellent customer service. His knowledge of product details and answering our questions played an important role in our decision. Products are both high quality and modern, a store where you can find products for every taste.
