The staff is very helpful. Today I have been served by Karl and I have been offered a choice of hot drinks whilst he processed our order. I had a good experience. Will come again.
I can't comment on the quality of service as we didn't get any. We knew exactly which bed we wanted but after 25 mins waiting with no acknowledgement, we went home. There was only one member of staff in the shop and he was busy with another customer,fair enough,but surely a quick,'Be with you asap' so we knew he'd seen us?
My partner and I entered the store and we were immediately greeted by attentive staff. We looked around for about 15 minutes to look at the display stock, and were very impressed with the quality and variety. We were shown to the dreams machine in which can detect the best mattress, a three or so minute experience, with swift results. We based our search for a mattress on the outcome, and wouldn't have seen the one we chose had it not have suggested it. As soon as we had made out decision on the bed frame and mattress, the staff member who initially helped us from the beginning immediately came to complete the transaction, confirming all the details clearly. Very good experience and will certainly return for further bed-related requirements.

Brought our ‘Hide & Sleep Raspberry’ mattress in March 2020 from Burton on Trent, after trying their in-house innovative bed designed to calculate the best mattress for the individual, we also took advice from the sales assistant, as I suffer from a bad back and sciatica. DON’T TOUCH DREAMS OR THIS MATTRESS WITH A BARGE POLE. Apparently this mattress promises ‘Supportive layers including cooling memory foam. 25cms deep, and wrapped with a luxurious and breathable cover.’ This statement is ABSOLUTE RUBBISH ! We have never known a mattress so uncomfortable afterwards 9-10 months. The memory foam has loads of ridges and is so uncomfortable that we will have to invest in another mattress. We complained under the 12 month guarantee, which is not worth the paper it is written on. We had a man from Home Serve to survey the mattress. You can only get a refund or replacement if the ridges are more than 3cm deep if a mattress is less than 12 months old. The ridges/dips on our mattress were 1cm, so classed as “ok”, but the cover was not taken off/loosened as there was a fault with the zip manufacturer fault according to surveyor. We see these tests as a sham. We also asked as part of the survey for dreams to get in touch for us to pursue the claim. Heard nothing. Please, please, learn from our mistake. You have been warned by our costly mistake!
We brought a bed and mattress from Dreams and had to return our 1st matress due to it dipping on both sides, this was exchanged and we paid more for a 2nd mattress which was different and a higher quality, at over £1000 ,..this too has started to dip.. the amount of money they charge, I would of thought the quality would be better. Really disappointed and feel short changed.
Wow. Purchased a bed a long time ago 8-10 weeks which was fine as aware it would take this long. Unfortunately received emails and calls saying the bed would be delivered on Monday 14th Sept only to have the mattress only no bed delivered!!!. How can this happen you ask? Then having spoken to several people who all agreed our info showed the whole bed should have been delivered we find out it’s on a slow boat from Germany arriving in the UK on Wednesday and could be shipped out next week and they’d sort out a replacement bed frame but low and behold they can’t even hire a van and drop that off until “at least next week!” Oh and then the supervisor called today to say the bed isn’t now coming for 3-4 more weeks from Germany and don’t appear to be resolving the issue they have caused after breaking down the old bed as we were so confident they would deliver after several emails and phone calls confirming. What really is annoying is that the staff are clearly lying and making things up ie delivered to UK Weds, oh sorry 3-4 weeks. Absolute shambles and would have been better going to somewhere like Next who at least do customer service and usually deliver on time and what they say. Wouldn’t ever suggest anyone uses this store and nothing short of complete and utter rubbish. Looking forward to the next 3-4 weeks on my new mattress. Was very impressed with staff and distancing measures. Was given a pillow with disposable pillow case to use as browsing beds. Used sleep match machine which helped us identify what type of bed to purchase. Very happy with shop and staff.
Bought a new pillow. Service was great. The man gave me advise on what type of pillow we thought would be best as I'm a side sleeper. Who knew you could get so many different types of pillows!
Great customer service from Karl, was patient and helped us throughout our mattress purchase
