Very Poor customer service received. We are not the only people that experienced disgusting service if you read more reviews as you scroll down the story is very same.We fully paid for 3 bedrooms in November 2021 however work was left outstanding and Mr Faud Sidat promised to rectify all defects the following week. As we knew him we trusted him therfore paid in full. We understood that delivery of handles were beyond his control however as a company who taken order in August shouldn't fall short of handles for three months fitting in November disorganised no stock control.When you contact him by telephone he doesn't answer therfore you have to go looking for him in morning where you can catch him at the back of the shop loading his van if you go late they drop shutters and avoid customers who come looking for him.We learnt that we were not the only one looking for him as we talked to other customers who experienced the same poor customer service. Not sure if they have qualified insured installers for electrical work and gas plumbing. Make sure dreamworld have correct insurance public liability in place for staff and to carry out work in your premises. Shame when you have to approach Trading standards and take solicitors legal advice to get work completed. Work was finally completed at end of March 2021, FOUR months of misery, inconvience and stress. Avoid this firm. We have never received apology.

IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND PAY ALOT OF MONEY FOR CHEAP WOOD AND MATERIALS GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE FROM HIM. First of all when it came to asking for money he immediately asked for it and the did not put the wardrobes on until about 1 1/2 month later, Yes I accept that you may have alot of orders but that DOES NOT MEAN you ask for the money and not fit them in. Secondly after telling him to do all the wood cuttings outside when I came back from work, all the floorboards , walls etc were full of dust and our belongings like clothes were also full of dust too. At least have the deceny to respect other peoples belongings when they’re not present even though my son was home too and told him. Just because I was not there doesnt mean you ignore my son. RUDE Even after telling him to do it outside PRIOR to starting the work. A couple of months after, the silver strip used to cover the wood starting coming off even when no one touched it. This happened on the dressing table, the wardrobes just under the lights, inside the wardrobe where there is a draw that top part of the came off too, all the strips are popping out. Also the draws got dropped down and the roller things were getting stuck even though there was nothing in that draw weighing it down. Also the strips for the shoe wardrobe came off from the side which cut my finger. After constantly ringing him he finally decided to pick up my call. God knows how many times I rung him, I lost count he promised that someone will come yet no one came, one month later he turned up and did it. Later it came off again, I have given up with his cheap, poor quality materials. My mum wanted fitted wardobes I told her to avoid these lot at all costs. Instead I got number from someone else another bespoke fitter who did a excellent job and charged less money, but better quality. They look better than mine even though I got charged more. AVOID!!!! Edit my reply from the owner: Why would I take this much time out to lie about someones bussiness When it won’t affect me if he has more/less sales! All I’m trying to do is warn people so that their hard earned money is not going to waste and they don’t get ripped off badly. I’m not the only person having problems after problems look at the others peoples revoew they say same thing because its true. He probably end deleting the 1 star reviews. Just had my shoe wardrobe side strips replaced by another fitter and they’re better and are deffo more premium quality.
I have had my kitchen done 10 years ago. Still in the same place going to get my new kitchen done in my new house soon looking forward to that. They put in light without a extra cost. My 3 son got bedrooms fitted by dreamworld bespoke and they are very happy with the results. Well recommended to all.
Poor all round. Fitted cupboards badly as they started to fall apart; damaged plumbing fittings which were not repaired when requested. Colours for the cupboards were not even uniform. Poor quality at a premium high quality price. I would definitely think twice before using these people.
Great customer service from Fuvad. I have actually got the recording if anyone wants to hear this. So we bought a kitchen from fuvad and ever since, had problems after problems. At the time of buying, he says I guarantee you this that and everything but when it actually comes down to sorting a problem, he doesn't want to know. Just wants to rob peoples money and never hear back from them. I called him just now after he promised last week that he will come and sort an issue out this week. He spoke very rudely and said he is too busy and will do it when he has time even though last week he promised this week. After telling him that he promised this week, he got mad and ended the call. This is not the first time. Initiallly when we bought the kitchen, we had to wait 3 months when he said 4 weeks. Then a few more problems before this, he said next week but when he says bext week, it actually means after 2/3 months if you are lucky. On another occasion, i went down to confront him and he hid inside his unit and turned all the lights off. He also tried to blame us once for something he had fitted and said he won't fix it. Pure scammer. Watch him delete this comment now. He hides all bad feedback but can't hide it from Allah. Sorry but you have forced me to write this after numerous attempts at trying to solve this peacefully He doesn't even treat his workers right swearing and forcing his way around like a big bully. I have seen this myself and through his ex workers. Don't get me wrong, his kids who are his fitters are perfect. Just Fuvad is very ill mannered and doesn't have a clue in organising his work even though claims to have many degrees from university. Trys to act the sweetest guy in the world but when you have a problem, you can forget about it. Nasty person!
Good quality and good materials ,my friends got the bedroom done in 2 days...just remember disrespectful customer have disrespectful workers....some tea and cookies and no stress will make it easier ....MY FRIENDS LIKE THE JOB !!!
I had a wardrobe fitted 18 months ago had no issues whatsoever.
These people are greedy for money. Rang 3 to 4 time for a quote and never came. Waste time dont bother with these people.
