Do not buy a bed from here. Spent £500 on a cool blue mattress just over a year ago, the mattress is not cooling and actually heats up as the night goes on, I was advised this was the mattress for me as I am a hot sleeper. Myself and my partner also roll into each other at night. So we are both waking up with sore backs and hips. Wheatcroft beds say they will replace the mattresss for a charge but only like for like, I do not want the same mattress as its rubbish. Did not expect to have to be replacing a mattress within a year and a half.
We've bought a complete bed and mattress- it's super comfy and delivery was very quick. Very pleased.
I’m on my third mattress from these guys 3 different beds, 3 different people and we are all delighted with them. Very helpful, great value and highly recommend
Terrible mattress. It sagged and became hard. Very uncomfortable. Tried to change it through Durham Beds. Total waste of time. Needed to change it after a few weeks. I should have been more persistent. Now warranty is out. My own fault. Name sounds great. Pictures look great. Very disappointing! Save your money.
Mattress' absolute rubbish value for money in this shop-. Don't shop here for a mattress! Spent over £300 on a mattress which is just over a year old and it has started to rip around the outer edge. Got absolutely no where with the shop or the sales manager bearing in mind this is still under a 4 year warranty. An obvious manufacturing fault. Neither anyone from the shop or supplier could take the time to come and view the mattress for themselves. Had to report the company to the Consumer Board. Complaint ongoing. Investing in an independent assessment now.
My husband and I bought a pocket sprung Surrey mattress less than two years ago, medium firm, with special measurements, cost £900,00. The people at the distributor's shop sponsored it as one of the best mattresses we could buy in the UK. Unfortunately this was not our experience, after less than two years my husband and I were not able to sleep on it and ended up sleeping on a sofabed. The mattress sank under our weight and we woke up in the morning with back or neck pain. I would like to underline that I weight 46kg 7.2 stones and my husband 70kg 11 stones. We contacted the distributor asking them to take the mattress back without having to purchase a new one and have at least a partial refund, but they've refused saying that it is not a procedure they can follow. I tried to contact Wheatcroft beds without success, I didn't received any reply to my phonecalls, the email address on their website is invalid and I never received any answer after completing the form they provide on the website. We bought a new mattress at IKEA, we are very happy with it, the pocket sprung Surrey mattress is now at a local charity. I strongly do not recommend Wheatcroftbeds.
We bought a medium/firm Wheatcroft mattress in November 2017 and are now having to turn it every week as it is sagging,it is the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever had and would never buy another one from this company.
They have amazingly comfy beds and very skillfull, talented staff. And absolutely great service

Very unresponsive and employers think it's a good idea to start ranting and raving and swearing at you in the street in front of two young children all because you asked them to move a car that shouldn't of been parked where it was from employees of this company
