Wow. What a place. I purchased a ford mondeo 3 weeks ago. Within 24 hours I had major issues with it. Charles and David I want to say thank you. You absolutely owned all the issues and got them all resolved. Nothing was to much trouble. You never quibbled about repairing it. Never said no. I can’t believe the truly amazing after care I have received from you. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Just totally phenomenal service. I really can’t thank you enough. Cannot fault DRB car sales. Brilliant customer service with no hassle approach. Very pleased with the Qashqai! Have already recommended them to friends and family! Will be back again when we are due to change cars again! Keep up the good work!
**update** had a issue with the radio signal, I asked them if they could get me a replacement aerial. They did, but took a while before they actually got it. Also the rear boot handle snapped off. Sent pictures to Dave and explained the problem but have had no reply. They probably know that a replacement is expensive so have decided to ignore my complaint.

So happy with the customer service I received from Dave and Charles today. Nothing was too much trouble and we're very happy with our new car. Fabulous service. Would definitely recommend drb car sales to anyone.
