Very unhappy with the customer service. Arranged a viewing for a flat, drove for half an hour to it. Estate agent never showed up and did not answer the phone. We waited in the rain for half an hour and drove back. Next day, we got an answer to our email: they apologised and said they had gotten the times mixed up. Fair enough, mistakes happen, we thought. We were interested in the flat and thought we'd give them another chance. Second time round, same thing happens again. 10 minutes past the agreed viewing time we rang the company. They were not able to contact the agent who was supposed to be showing us the flat, so they sent someone else. They said she would take 15 minutes to get there. Over half an hour later, an hour past the agreed viewing time, she showed up with apologies. She knew nothing about the flat and wasn't able to answer our questions, so she promised to send us the details by email the next day, and also to check with the management if they could compensate the loss of time and petrol somehow. Now, four days later, we still haven't heard from them.
